Fascias and Soffits

Broadwalk Paving Ltd - Fascia & Soffit repairs & upgrades

Fascias & Soffits

Fascias or fascia boards are positioned horizontally along the roofline.
The fascia board is mounted where the roof meets the outer walls of the building.
The fascia board is the main board that carries the guttering.

Fascias are generally made of plastic (upvc) or wood.
Their purpose is to cover the fittings, and help protect the roof
and keep it waterproof.
They also help to secure the last row of roof tiles, keeping them in place.

We do undertake repairs to fascias, soffits and gutters.

Wooden fascias and soffits tend to need more maintenance.  They need regular painting and maintenance to provide the protection your roof line needs.

We also install new pvc or upvc fascias, soffits and gutters.

The new upgrade systems require very little maintenance, if any.
